Natalie Lundstrom - MA, CMP

Co-Founder
Back in 2014, after 6 years of managing corporate events and medical meetings, Natalie launched SweetPea as a side project! Natalie is the backbone that the SweetPea team turns to and has developed strong relationships with our many clients that have helped us grow. She is a true perfectionist and provides an absolutely stellar meeting and event experience. When she isn’t at work, Natalie loves spending time with her husband, 3 kids, and their dog, Shep, leading amazing women in Bible Study Fellowship, enjoying the mountains, taking family adventures, reading, and spending time with amazing friends.

Nate Lundstrom

Co-founder
Operating as the de facto COO, Nate is an entrepreneur at heart with a diverse background that helps bring the SweetPea team and business together to serve amazing clients. Drawing from 15 years of experience in everything from supply chain, to sales, to brand design and development, Nate loves the opportunity to build meaningful experiences and rich relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors. When not spending the majority of his time with Natalie discussing SweetPea, Nate enjoys spending time in the mountains, snowboarding, traveling, photography, cooking, tennis, scuba diving, going to concerts, and keeping his 3 incredible kids from killing each other.

Morgan Sobotka

Meeting Planner
Morgan is the newest member of the SweetPea family! Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she comes to us from the Entertainment Industry as a former talent representative. It was there that Morgan discovered her passion for client relations and the joy of bringing their visions to life. In her free time, Morgan loves to travel and spend time with friends and family while spoiling her puppy, Stevie.

Whitney Nelson

Meeting Planner
Whitney is an Arizona native with a background in the arts. She attended the Fashion Institute of Technology for photography and Arizona State University to complete her art studies degree. She began working with events and festivals in the arts industry and loves the behind the scenes planning that goes into making a vision come to fruition. In her free time, Whitney performs with a local dance company, volunteers at animal rescues, loves to travel, attend concerts, plan fun nights out with friends and spend time with her family.

Selena Brewer

Meeting Planner
Selena recently relocated to Arizona, having previously resided in Northern California, where she studied Event Planning and Hospitality at Chico State. With a diverse and skilled background in event planning, operations, and project management, Selena's professional journey began in San Francisco. There, she worked at an experiential design firm, collaborating with tech companies to coordinate a wide array of conferences and special events, spanning across all scales. Selena has a true passion for turning event visions into reality through meticulous organization and a commitment to perfection. In her free time, Selena enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring the outdoors, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Kacey Johnston

Kacey specializes in creating memories and is obsessed with customer service. She began her event planning career in media in 2005, helping create aesthetically pleasing gatherings such as grand openings, festivals, and other community-based events. Most recently, Kacey has spent the last 13 years coordinating large scale conferences and corporate events in and out of state. Kacey is a lifelong Texan. Her hobbies include grocery shopping on a Friday night and having a glass of Sauvignon blanc in a clean house.
